So a new (and very useful) button has been added to 3ds max 2026 "Preserve stack position on/off toggle." I don't see it in the available list with which to map to a spacemouse button. Is there a way for me to do so manually? Or can 3dconnexion add it to a new driver release?

Re: Possibility to switch the LCD display of the Spacemouse Enterprise on and off via function key
Thanx to all here. It took me awhile, as I stopped reading replies, and I was just changing the Explorer_Background file, but once I changed the global file it worked as expected.
I can't believe that this isn't a standard option. I hope someone in "headquarters" reads these posts.

Re: When will SpaceMouse Enterprise be discontinued?
Thank-you for an "official" response. My fear of course is that I'll buy the Enterprise (which itself was first released, I think, about 8 years ago making it very old in hardware life) during your sale and then it'll be discontinued this year giving me only 3 more years. But I understand ...

When will SpaceMouse Enterprise be discontinued?
I'm interested in, but hesitant to take advantage of the upcoming sale and get SpaceMouse Enterprise. But having been nailed by 3dconnexion discontinuing software updates for older devices on at least two previously owned devices (still using Pro but without full functionality), I'm looking at how o...

Re: 3dsmax 2023
If anyone cares, there appears to be a bug in the software for the spacepilot pro, that makes the display text in the window go away. I'm told it'll be fixed at some point.

Re: 3dsmax 2023
It appears to have been updated in v 10.8.7. But there are other problems, see my other post with the same subject.

Re: 3dsmax 2023
Update. With the help of someone at 3dconnexion, I was able to get v10.8.7 to work. That's the good news. The bad news is that there's none of the programmable button text on the window of the spacepilot device. He had me install 10.8.4, which was no help on the screen, and also doesn't work on Max ...

3dsmax 2023
I have spacepilot pro. I know that it's not properly supported any longer. The new 3dconnexion software (3DxWare64_v10-8-7_r3448) does appear to have a plugin for 2023, but it doesn't appear to be working correctly. Is that because there's a problem with the software, or because it's not supported a...
