Update:
Checked on my laptop again and can't get it to work there as well.

I programmed the second shortcut button on the numpad to create a circle based on a centerpoint and the diameter but I always have to enter the radius. Switching the shortcut to a button on the keyboard didnt help. On my private laptop the shortcut works flawless; it only happens at my work station....
