That's sad. It's just made the user experience so much worse. I was considering purchasing the pro version of the spacemouse until that driver change happened. Why ruin a good thing.

And still no C4D 2026 support

Remembering the good old days when SpaceMouse support was built right into Cinema, so whenever they released a version it just worked right off the bat. Functionality was also way better. Not sure who made the decision for 3Dconnexion to take over support, but it's never been the same since.

Sorry I mistitled the thread as 2023 (should of been 2024). The driver for C4D 2023.1, as flawed as it was, was released within 1-2 days of release. Honestly it seems baffling to me that these issues can't be reproduced. It's pretty clear by the numerous posts and complaints that something is not right with these drivers. It's pretty clear that the driver integration is severely lacking compared to performance with previous versions of C4D (the natively supported versions).

Thanks for including the C4D plugin in the latest 10.8.12.

You may have to reinstall the drivers but everything works now!
