Welp, restarting 3DXWare for the umpteenth time finally brought the macro icons and text back. I'll keep an eye out for any changes or glitches and report back if necessary.

For the last 10 days or so, the LCD on my SpaceMouse Enterprise has stopped displaying application-specific text or icons and just shows the logo.
