Having problem starting up Spacemouse compact (an about five year old mouse) on Windows 11 with Parallells for Mac. Occasionally it works but most often it does not, even though the 3dconnexion server is running an the mouse light is turned on. Is this a known issue and is there something I can do? ...

Clarification: I get the Apple Appearence dialog box instead of 3Dconnexion properties dialog box.
How to solve this issue?

When I click on the "properties" button on the start up panel, the properties dialog box does not show up.
Instead I get the mac os dialog box where I can't configure the spacemouse buttons?
