Having problem starting up Spacemouse compact (an about five year old mouse) on Windows 11 with Parallells for Mac.
Occasionally it works but most often it does not, even though the 3dconnexion server is running an the mouse light is turned on.
Is this a known issue and is there something I can do?
In macos it always works well, so there is nothing wrong with the hardware.

Re: Problem using Parallells
In Windows: Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers > USB Input Device. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, try uninstalling the device and scanning for hardware changes so that Windows will recognize it again.

Re: Problem using Parallells
It appears to be a USB recognition issue in Parallels. Before launching the 3Dconnexion driver, try assigning the SpaceMouse to the Windows VM rather than macOS.
