Re: Switch between MacOS and windows under parallels
If you're using parallels, it's possible to switch between Win11/Mac, just turn on/off the device in the parallels environment when you switch. Devices >> USB & Bluetooth >> then select your device.... Solidworks also works with the older driver on Parallels/Win11: https://forum.3dconnexion.com/...

Re: Windows 11 PRO ARM DRIVER - PLEASE READ!!!!
+10 I don't understand why ARM support worked up to Driver 1.6.4 then 3DConnexion decided it just wasn't worth it. For those of us that have spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars buying multiple space mouse products that just suddenly stopped working, it's a kick in the face. For what its wort...

Re: Spacemouse axes cannot be controlled on M3 + Parallels + Windows 11
Which drivers have you tried? 3D connexion couldn't be bothered to support ARM based windows any longer so they gave up on a good chunk of the community running win11 via parallels on Mac. I solved it with the 10.6.4 driver as seen in my post here: https://forum.3dconnexion.com/viewtopic.php?p=12052...

Re: 3DxWare
I think it's a 3DConnexion and SolidWorks problem. They both won't work with each other to make a current driver. The response I had from 3DConnexion is they have no plans to support Windows on Arm based macs. If Solidworks leaned on them a bit, then it might happen, but if you've read the reddit fo...

Re: Windows 11 ARM driver - TEMP resolved
Pretty frustrating that 3DConnexion doesn't care about the WindowsARM market in its entirety..... However the temporary fix is as follows: Download the older 10.6.4 driver from the 3DConnexion Archives. It works ok on MacBookPro M2 with Parallels running Win11. I'm using with SolidWorks. This one is...

Re: SolidWorks Connected R2024x breaks 3Dconnexion add-in
Solved... Came here to post the temporary fix (for running 3DConnexion/Solidworks on ARM based Mac) should anyone need it... Visit the 3dConnexion driver archives and get the 10.6.4 driver for the Spacemouse. I had to remove the existing drivers first. The 10.6.4 is from back in 2019, but it works. ...

Re: Windows 11 ARM driver
Hi Guys, I'm trying to run Solidworks 3DExperience on an M2 Pro Max like some of you above and the add-in is just not launching. I've used it for afew years with a space mouse up until the latest versions then encountered issues like @PeterARM above. I'm happy to stick with the ARM compatible 10.8.1...

Re: SolidWorks Connected R2024x breaks 3Dconnexion add-in
I'm running a MacBookPro M2 with parallels and solidworks experience, and 3Dconnexion only supported the Win11 driver up to 10.8.14
I am unable to install a driver greater than 10.8.14
Is anyone else running Solidworks on Mac and having the same issue?
Thanks

Re: SpaceMouse & Bluetooth
+1 Got the wireless kit 2 with an assumption it was all bluetooth. I feel like an idiot for spending 5 mins trying to figure out how to connect the space mouse part via BT. And what's with microUSB plus USB-A. Last time I looked it was almost 2024 and USB-C is the standard. Just means I have to carr...
