Is there a way to rotate and place components in an assembly with a Space Pilot? While it's handy to be able to move an entire assembly, it's a little frustrating not being able to pre position un mated components when setting up an assembly.
Am I missing something?

4000FLX variable gain on motion: does it exist for 5000USB?
I recall the serial 4000FLX drivers offered a variable gain feature which provided variable gain starting with low gain at low ball deflections gradually increasing to higher gain at higher ball deflections. The end result was the ability to make accurate small moves without being stuck to crawling ...

Any news on this enhancement? I finally upgraded to a SpaceBall 5000 I picked up on Ebay and was dismayed to lose simultaneous zoom and rotate.
