Its an ACAD problem because the Spaceball is working in SolidWorks and in Paper Space inside of ACAD...

Can anyone help? I am really at a loss here...

I am using the Spaceball in AutoCAD 2008. I just found out that it is only slow in Model Space. In Paper Space, it acts just fine. Weird...

Does anyone know how to increase the speed of the movements on a Spaceball 5000? I have all the sensitivities maxed out and its still really slow. Any ideas?

Last week this problem started happening on and off. Now, it happens EVERY time: When I load an AutoCAD file up and then hit the 3D Motion button on the AutoCAD screen and then try to move around with the Spaceball, the whole session freezes and will not respond. I have to shut ACAD down every time....

never mind. I figured it out

I am using SolidWorks 2007. When I am in modeling mode, my spaceball settings that I saved are active. However, when I am in drawing mode, no matter how many times I save my drawing buttons mapping, they never save when I close SW and then reopen it. Does anyone know why this is happening?
