Updated video drivers, uninstalled all virus and firewall type stuff, did windows updates, grasping at straws.

Drivers: 3DxSoftware_v3-6-7.exe
CATIA: V5R16 and V5R18 w/SP4 were tried
Video drivers probably have an update available. Will try updating them.

After I had installed a Spaceball 5000 USB, anytime I minamize CATIA or another program opens on top of CATIA, it hangs and becomes non responsive.
