Driver for 64bit

Does anyone know how to get RCB9's Driver working on windows 64bit?

After following all tutorials on thread the driver is not showing up in device manager. Anyone know how to fix this?

Update

When reinstalled EVERYTHING got an error with 3DxWare Installation. Its stating that it could not install driver for solidworks. Anyone know how to fix this. Software version 3.6.11 I believe error # 1660
