Yeah, I had checked that already and it was in the allow status. I am using the same antivirus and it works fine without my intervention. Just to let ppl know, I am running the Windows 7 and the 3d mouse works fine. Just an FYI

Ok, nothing worked so I reinstalled Windows and everything is back to normal.

OK I've tried all that and it doesn't change anything. I need a response from someone in tech support that can explain to me how I can completely uninstall the drivers and software from the system so that I may install again with no previous trace. I'm not sure what the Jet demo is but I have tried the control panel with no luck. I have still not got this to work.

Yeah, I tried that and it seemed to work initially. I didn't leave it on the other computer for long enough to know anything except that it can work. So maybe it's just a driver thing. I'm running Vista 64

Now I have the problem again because I rebooted my computer. I've tried holding the buttons down several times and nothing!

Ok, I rebooted and while all my startup programs were loading I decided to hold down the 1&2 buttons just for a few seconds and now it works. Control panel opens too!

I have had my Spacepilot running for quite some time but now all of a sudden it doesn't work. I have tried unplugging it and replugging while holding the 1 and 2 buttons and that doesn't work. Is there something else?
