I created a shortcut to the driver and pasted it into the startup folder. I used this for reference on Win7 Startup Folder:

I've tried installing and reinstalling. Tried Installing normally and also running the installer "as Administrator". Still no luck. Unplugging then plugging the device back in does not force the driver to load. I must manually run the "3dxware Control Panel" program when I start ...
