Win7 x64 - Driver Not Loading on Startup. Space Nav.

I've tried installing and reinstalling. Tried Installing normally and also running the installer "as Administrator". Still no luck. Unplugging then plugging the device back in does not force the driver to load. I must manually run the "3dxware Control Panel" program when I start my machine to get the device to work.

Any ideas?

Did you try dragging the start driver to your startup folder?
its located in program files
3dconnexion
3dconnexion 3dxware
start driver

I created a shortcut to the driver and pasted it into the startup folder. I used this for reference on Win7 Startup Folder:
