Bitdefender have given me the instructions for setting an exception rule.
Please let me know the file or files and they locations that I need to exclude.

I am unable to get the driver to start. The space pilot lights up but the control panel and 3d software cannot see the device. I tried the reboot and restart and reinstalled the latest software.
