Maybe there is a problem with the M100-release of Wildfire and the 3.x drivers? It is a possibility. We will need to verify. Note, also refer to Track-No. 3300, that my colleague mailed to you yesterday. Not quite sure I follow. To whom exactly was "Track-No. 3300" sent to? Thanks for the...

Hi JockeR. With the 3.0 release, we changed our software to improve the performance when switching between child windows of an application. We are disappointed to learn that users are still having problems. We have not been able to reproduce what you have reported, specifically when using Pro/ENGINE...

Hi graphinc. Sorry for the late reply. 3Dconnexion devices are natively supported in Modo. In other words, the editor of Modo has developed the interface in the application. You will need to contact Luxology's customer service and request the necessary information. We would appreciate if you could p...

Well , looks like I made a mistake when I bought a Spacepilot . We appreciate your disappointment and, if you can, we'd like to ask you to bear it with us for a few days while we assess the current situation regarding Maya 8.0 on Linux. Do you have a link to a documentation with the supported appli...

Hi ifog, 3Dconnexion does not actively support Maya on Linux. We still distribute plug-ins for Maya 6 and Maya 6.5 on Linux but only in an "as-is" basis. We do not have a plug-in for Maya 8 on Linux. Regarding Blender, 3Dconnexion provides an SDK for UNIX/Linux and we believe there are act...

It appears that your personalized 3DxWare configuration Maya is configured that particular way and, as such, it does not seem to be a bug. The best is for your to clear your personalized 3DxWare configuration: open the 3DxWare and select "Delete Saved Configuration..." from the "Optio...

Hi goeroe, using the new release (3DxSoftware v. 3.0.7), start Maya and then open the 3DxWare panel: ensure the selected configuration is "Maya" (and not "Maya - username". Try to reproduce the problem again and post the result in this thread.

Point-and-click is a user interface feature designed for the normal mouse. Smooth and continuous navigation around or in ...
