Space Navigator and AutoCAD 2009

Hello,

Space navigator didn't work with AutoCAD 2008 so I drawed with autoCAD 2005.
Now we work with the last AutoCAD 2009 and Space NAvigator seems work better than with AutoCAD 2008 but...

Even if I select the fastest speed in the control panel the navigation is quite slow anyway... (With autoCAD 2005 it was faster and more handy)

In add, the Space Navigator toolbox seems want stand in the same place in the left high corner :-S I can't succed to fix it in another place in "autocad classic" interface. Why ?

I have the same problem with Autocad (MEP) 2008 and 2009!
