Pro E and Space Navigator and Spaceball 5000 problems

In ProE wildfire 2 and 3 both the newly aquired Space Navigator and an older Spaceball 5000 cause the undo command not to work in Drafting. When removed from the system the undo command works fine.

Anyone know why? Or know of a fix? We would like to buy alot of these but this would be a hold off issue.

Dear Mike,

I can confirm this for WildFire 2 - but as far as I know PTC fixed this issue with WildFire 3.
What happens if you rename protk.dat under /text/ to protk.dat.bak and try to undo things without our device?
