We've recently upgraded to the latest version of Rapidform XOR (Release: Rapidform XOR2 SP1 Build Version: 2, 5, 2, 30 ). In the previous version everything worked fine, but now a number of axes have been reversed and no matter how high I set the Tilt/Spin/Roll speed, it is still too slow. I've tried this on multiple machines with both a SpaceExplorer and a SpaceNavigator with the same results. I have run the application wizard and have the latest application software installed.
Thanks for any help you might provide.

Rapidform is Natively supported by Inus Technolgy Send a email to them to let them know of the issues you are experiencing since they updated the application.
Did you rerun the driver after updating the Software?

I don't see that we ship a config file specifically for RapidForm. You can create one and make adjustments in it to fix the problems you are seeing.
To create one, enter the application then make some change in the 3DxWare GUI. When you exit the application the driver will automatically save a .scg file (called userXX.scg) under your %appdata%/3dconnexion/3dxware/profiles dir. You can see what config file it is by hovering over the 3Dx icon in the systray while your application is running.
You can edit that file in notepad to make changes.
To increase the scale factors of for your device, change the TUNING_SCALARS entries under your device ([SPACENAVIGATOR]). The entries are Tx, Ty, Tz, Rx, Ry, Rz respectively.
To change the direction, you can just change the sign of these numbers if you wish. There are other ways, but this is the easiest.

I've found the .scg file, but changing the scale factor values doesn't seem to have an effect. Changing the sign works fine, but I have both increased and decreased the tuning scalars with no appreciable change in the sensitivity. Is there something else I should be messing with as well?
Thanks!
