Dear pildner08,

What version of SolidWorks are you using? What version of 3DxSoftware are you installing? What operating system are you currently employing? What specifically is your error message?

Sincerely,
Bryan

Failed Installation in Windows XP.

Dear pildner08,

If I am following you correctly. You have SolidWorks 2008 installed on a Windows XP operating system, and you are installing a version of 3DxSoftware that you have downloaded from the Download Page under the Support Menu. What version of 3DxSoftware are you installing? After clicking 'yes" do you find you have operability in the "Jet Demo"? (Start, Programs, 3dconnexion, 3dconnexion3dxWare, Demos) Do you have Service Pak 2 installed for Windows XP? You may want to download a new copy of 3DxSoftware 3.6.7 and try installing a fresh copy. Your previous download may have been corrupted.

Sincerely,
Bryan
