Hi,

Do you have special Plug-ins installed? Please try to calibrate your SpacePilot and see if this makes a difference.

Does this also occur when you stop the driver (without unplugging your device)?

No Special Plug-ins. Tried to calibrate. No difference.

When driver is off (but not unplugged) the problem still exists.

Apart from the freeze everything else appears to be fine.

Thanks, Colin

Please try the following:

A) Start the driver
B) Start SolidWorks
C) Unload our Plug-in (Tools->Add-ins...)
D) Check if the problem is there

If the problem is still there, please continue:
E) Stop the driver and check if the problem is there
F) Unplug the SpacePilot and check if the issue occurs

Please let me know what happens.

Which version of our driver/add-in do you use?
