I want to program a space navigator button to invoke the AutoCAD Osnap Cursor Menu. While using draw commands in AutoCAD, I would like to depress a Navigator button to select an osnap instead of using CTL+<right> to select an osnap.
This string in the AutoCAD menu ($P0=SNAP $p0=*) will invoke the Osnap cursor menu.
Can anyone tell me how to set this up?
Thanks

Re: Invoke AutoCAD Osnap Cursor Menu
Hi Sailinshuz,
Have a look in the help file in Start menu, Programs, 3Dconnexion, 3Dconnexion 3DxWare, Documentation, OnLine Help. The "Button Configuration" chapter explains in detail how to create keyboard shortcuts that can be activated by a 3D mouse button.
You can try creating a "custom function" in the driver and assign it to a button. This feature is explained the "3DxWare" (the driver) documentation. This string in the AutoCAD menu ($P0=SNAP $p0=*) will invoke the Osnap cursor menu.
