USB receiver difficult to get recognized by pc

Hi
I have very often problems getting my USB receiver recognized by my Lenovo PC (Lenovo P16 Gen1) anybody with the same problem or perhaps a solution?

Remove other wireless devices from your PC, and try connecting the 3Dconnexion device via Bluetooth or put the Universal Receiver near your 3Dconnexion device. If not successful, call 3Dconnexion support.
