Spacemouse Pro not recognized

Hello to everyone,

I bought an older version of the 3DSpacemouse Pro over eBay and now i have trouble with windows not recognizing the mouse. I installed the full package of driver from the website but i am not able to complete the demos.

When i plug in the mouse it lights up blue for a second and windows even does the recognized sound but after this the light turns off again.

I appreciate any suggestions?

i found the answer. i had to delete the neuest driver and install driver version 10.6.4 from the archives
