AutoCAD 2006 - Spaceball 4000 flx serial

I am running Win XP with a 4000 FLX serial on Spaceware 2.8.2 Using AutoCAD 2000, 2002 and 2006 along with Solidworks 2008 and Unigrahics NX-2 and NX-5. My Spaceball works great with all but AutoCAD 2006. AutoCAD 2000 and 2002 are resident on my PC but 2006 uses a network license and I cannot get the spaceball to operate on 2006. Any one else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Dear mjones,

There is a legacy plug-in for pre-2007 AutoCAD. On the 'Driver Download' Page under the 'Support' Menu, in the second column choose 'Archive (Legacy Devices)'.
