Rotation Center relocation in Solidworks 2020

How do I relocate the Rotation Center to be in the part I am working at the moment.
Right now the Rotation Center lies way far out of the subject. wich is very annoying when I work very close to the subject.

I work in Solidworks 2020.

I know there is no toolbar for the 3Dmouse in SW2020, but there should be some settings somewhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
