Hello,
I've been using Cadmouse for quite some time and like it. So much that I bought my team of 3 a Cadmouse, but wireless version.
Recently I did notice ALL of them use the mouse connected to the USB-C cable. Common response: they prefer it that way...
Today I decided to swtich my wired Cadmouse with a wireless exemple, and the reason was obvious:
On bluetooth it keeps jumping and flickering accross the screen. Also it doesn't show across some of the windows,
I switched to the RF, connected to the monitor USB. It did behaved better, but still glichty. I then connect the RF to the PC case and it improved a bit more, but still not fluid as expecter.
I tested connecting the UBC-C cable for comparison, at various occasions, and it always works better, now understanding why all 3 of my staff prefer the Cammouse connected. But if it need to be connected to work well, it beats to point of having a 'wireless' device!
I've updated drivers and the difference between wireless and cabled is still there. Any suggestions?
Tx.
