I use SpacePilot with allplan2008.
Is possible configure the buttons with a sequence of buttons on the mouse (for example left mouse + Central)?

No combining button presses and mouse clicks

I am afraid not. Just a straight forward mapping of one command to one button. The one command may be a macro consisting of a series of keyboard strokes, but that would be a singularly named macro. Pressing two buttons at the same time would not be treated as a combination but as two separate pressings. There would also be no combining mouse clicks from the regular Windows mouse and the buttons of a SpacePilot.
