3D mouse wireless UP direction is not working

Hello all,
I just received the space mouse pro wireless and trying to set it up. In both the trainer and model viewer all functions work except moving the model up. The model is going only down for both pan U/D. I checked the advanced settings and all axis are active, did a calibration using calibrate but nothing changed. Is it something that can be fixed or should I return the product?
