This may sound like a weird one, but for some strange reason whenever I zoom in to a mesh (faces/points count makes no difference), I get low FPS when navigating. If I click my mouse outside the mesh and either rotate or zoom, the performance is normal. That leads me to suspect it has something to do with my Space Mouse, or its software while working with ZBrush. It's hard to explain, but it appears as if the framerate just starts to tank the further zoomed in I get while using the Space Mouse. Again, the points/faces count makes no difference. My current document has ~500K points, which should be absolutely no issue with my current PC.
For reference, I'm on Windows 11
13900K/4090/blah blah blah - latest video drivers/latest 3DConnesion drivers
Zbrush 2025.1
Space Mouse wireless (Mine is plugged in all the time, though, and plugged in directly to the PC, and not through a hub)
My ZBrush document size is rather large at ~3200x1500
No other software that I use has this issue.
ZBrush low performance only when zoomed in

Re: ZBrush low performance only when zoomed in
Since I can't seem to edit my original post, I'll need to clarify something in this reply - I mentioned that if I click outside the mesh and then rotate/zoom, the performance is fine. To clarify, if I rotate or zoom using my main mouse (not the space mouse), things are fine.
