3d connection cadmouse pro wireless not functioning

Whilst switching between Bluetooth dongle and regular Bluetooth my cad mouse no longer connects to anything. Is there a reset button combination for the mouse? The green button comes on when switched on, and both Bluetooth lights flash up. Just isn't responsive. Plugging in via cable doesn't do anything either.
