Issues with 3Dconnexion Device Not Recognized on New Computer Setup

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my 3Dconnexion device after setting it up on a new computer. The device was working perfectly fine on my old system, but now, when I connect it to my new PC, it isn’t being recognized by the software.

I've tried reinstalling the 3Dconnexion drivers multiple times, and I've checked the USB ports with other devices to make sure they’re functioning properly. However, the software doesn’t detect the device, and the lights on the device itself do not turn on, which is unusual.

I’m running Windows 10, and I’ve ensured that my system is up-to-date with the latest updates installed. I’ve also tried connecting the device to a different USB port and even another computer, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or know of any potential solutions to get it working again? Any advice on what to check or try next would be really helpful.
