brand new Compact Pro Wireless mouse jitters.

does it on all surfaces including the 3D Connection black sheet pad.

will stop jittering for a bit if I blow on the laser.

no other mouse I've ever had does this. Is there any magic way to fix or clean it so this stops?

Is this a known issue and how do I get a replacement? I bought it as a kit direct from 3D Connection.

It does seem like a nice mouse for CAD and otherwise, when its not jittering. Is a hi-freq, small distance jitter.
