QuickZoom does not respond in NX software

Hello, I bought CadMouse Compact Wireless, using the software NX2412, driver version 10.9.2, computer system is Win11.
The mouse side quick zoom button does not respond when used in NX, it does in viewer and SW, but it does not respond in NX.

I purchased the SMW 3DX-700115 to control the movement of the robotic arm.
I downloaded the Linux driver version 1.8.0. The system is Ubuntu. However, during the installation process, an error occurred.
The error message is as follows:
