I am having major issues with the cad mouse pro, while I appreciate any help offered from the community, but my main goal is to reach a moderator or someone working for 3D connexion as I now have problems beyond a mouse tracking error.
I have about 10-15 hours on the CAD mouse pro wireless and I am having major issues when trying to use it even on the desktop. The mouse does not want to connect to my computer, running Windows 11 if that means anything. The mouse will not connect via Bluetooth even after removing the device from my computer and attempting to add it again. Additionally, the mouse will not connect to the included wireless receiver. On the off chance I can get the mouse to connect it skips across the screen and does not track properly, rendering the mouse useless.
Here is where my 3D connexion issues begin. I got the CAD mouse and space mouse for Christmas. When I opened the box I registered the products. for some reason the email I used to register them no longer has a valid account. "Weird maybe I did something wrong and I will make a new account". after making a new account and trying to sign into the website I am stopped at a screen that says "You have been locked out of this site". So now I may or may not have a valid account and can not reach support to fix my mouse or verify my account. The seemingly only way to resolve this is to make a second account on a forum and hope for an answer. For a company whose whole point is to improve the use of CAD and save time I have sure wasted a lot of time. The unfortunate thing is that I was enjoying the product, especially the space mouse.
I have tried looking for a previous forum about being locked out of an account and did not find any within the last 3 years.
