CadMouse Pro Wireless - Random Movement and Random Mouse Scroll

Anyone ever had an issue with their CadMouse Pro Wireless having random inputs? For example, when working in Autodesk Inventor 2020, I have an issue where my part/assembly/drawing will just randomly zoom out. The motion is instantaneous though, it is NOT like the wheel is being scrolled, but more like my zoom all of a sudden went from 100% to 10%. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for the cause, but I have pinpointed the issue to the CadMouse Pro Wireless, as it doesn't do it with the other mice I have used.

I also sometimes have "ghost movements" of the mouse. Again, they will be instantaneous, but all of a sudden my mouse will just snap over to my other monitor, or some other location.

I have verified there is nothing running on my PC that would cause these issues (like remote access, or other mouse software) and this issue has only occurred on my CadMouse Pro Wireless.

Sounds like the scroll wheel encoder in your CadMouse Pro Wireless has reached its lifespan.

You may be interested in consumer electronics' planned obsolescence(designing products with an artificially limited useful life).

I have this issue too. Brand new CadMouse Pro Wireless. Happens both when using over bluetooth and usb
