Spaceball issues.....

Hi,

My spaceball doesn't always appear (after new log in session on my laptop).
And the CAD software that I use (NX) is unable to use it.
At the moment, I tried about 5 times (shut down, restart the laptop) to refresh the PC, but it doesn't work....
The " Show at system startup" is always on ........

What is the problem?

I found out.
The issues is not with the spaceball but with the NX software.
I open a different CAD system and the spaceball works just fine......
