I own a 3D mouse, it isn't new but works fine in different applications.
When I try to use it in 3DS MAX I cannot seem to get it to work.
I've installed the drivers, restarted the program and my PC, still nothing.
Would love some help on the subject. Thanks.

Hey skmiec, I appreciate the quick reply.
I'm using Max 2024.2.7 Security Fix 26.2.7.414.
My 3DxWare is VID_046D&PID_C626 (at least that's what i get from my device manager).

In order to use our device in application, you need to download a driver from our page here.
I was asking about version of this driver.

Ok, if you go to the location C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare

Ok looks correct.
In 3DsMax please go to the "Customize" and "Plug-in Manager".
Your 3dxstudio.gup plugin should have status "loaded".
