No setting respoinse Sketchup 24 Windows 11

Apologies if this has been asked and answered, I tried to find before posting.

On both of my windows 11 machines, when using Sketchup 24 my spacemouse will respond to changing global speed, and navigation mode, but does not respond to individual axis changes in speed, active or not, nor reverse commands. Other applications do respond, including enscape paired with sketchup. Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds.
