language switch

dear all,
i'm on latest version of the driver and I'm facing a problem with CATIA and command sent to it by the space mouse pro.
I'm italian and windows regional setting are set as italian, but all the wndows interface language, software installed are all in english like CATIA.
when I'm sending command to CATIA using the space mouse are sent in Italian and are not recognized corretly, the ony way is to move the regional settings to English.

I've seen some solution regarding regedit (old procedure) and switch inside Global.xml but I tried without success. Is there a correct solution to set the driver to use English language instead to use the one in regional settings?
