Hello,
I noticed a firmware update for my CadMouse in the DxWare Application. I ran the update to completion with my mouse plugged in via usb. It said that the firmware had been updated successfully, however my mouse no longer functions post update. No clicking, no movement, nothing. I tried turning the mouse on/off, unplugging it from usb, unplugging the wireless dongle, all to no avail. I found the 3DxFlash tool, but it doesn't seem to recognize the mouse at all, however the DxWare app seems to know when I plug it in/unplug it. I put in a ticket with support but I haven't heard anything so I figured I would see if anyone here had any idea. I use this mouse daily for work, so it's pretty frustrating when it just dies after a firmware update. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: CadMouse Compact Wireless stopped working after firmware update
Okay my mouse is working again thankfully. Apparently I had found an outdated version of the 3DxFlash tool and it was unable to recognize my mouse. I found a more recent version of the tool here https://download.3dconnexion.com/driver ... r21536.exe and it was able to recognize my mouse and fix the firmware issue.

Thanks pspbrad, using the latest flash tool, I was able to update my enterprise to firmware 4.46 & my wired CadMouse Pro to 1.09. Very annoying that 3Dconnexion does not show these updates in the standard application.
