Cadmouse stopped working

Hi, my wired cadmouse has served me well last couple of years.
Suddenly cadmouse stopped working, buttons are all working, cursor movement are dead. There is also no laser light on bottom of mouse. Tried with latest mouse ware, restarted, tried another usb port and different PC, no go.
Problem came after my PC suddenly freezes and I used hard reset of PC.

Is mouse dead or can be done something to bring her back working?

do you have a CadMouse or a CadMouse Wireless (or a CadMouse Pro Wireless)?

I assume you disconnected and reconnected the device?

Best would be if you contact our Technical Support Team. . In case the device is broken the colleagues can assist you with the replacement process.

Has anyone managed to replace the main board of a wired cadmouse pro?

The laser/pointer has stopped working so assuming that it needs a new one.
