Problem with scrolling

Hi!
I don't know if that topic shoul go in this section but i'm desesperate not to fix that problem.
My mouse goes wrong. I hae a enterprise Kit 2 and de scrolling center button goes wrong. WHen i'm scrolling down theu mous scrolls up too. It's very difficult to make correctly zoom on my CAD program. The problem appears too while i'm searching something on internet.
Does anyone know how i can fix it? Or how i can dissamble the mouse for clean it correctly?

What's the specific CAD application name in your case? Cal out the 3DxWare settings window to configure.

bought cadmouse compact wireless last year. The scroll key not working. How to get a replacement one? still 3 years warranty?

I have the same problem. I have 2 same model 3dconnexion CadMouse Pro Wireless. Shift focus is not available on both of them. It has become very difficult to draw or make models. I wrote to technical support and I am waiting for an answer. Has anyone solved it?
