Mac OS issues

I just installed the Spacemouse Enterprise
Mac M1 Studio Max
Sequoia 15.5

Initially the device seemed to work. I made a few customizations to 'any application' and Shapr3D.

The following day issues appeared
1. The menu button no longer activates the system settings>3D connexion dialog
2. When I manually activate the 3D connexion extension dialog, there are no additional buttons (such as advanced settings) on the lower portion of the dialog
3. In 3D connexion home app, the settings menu option is grayed
4. I assigned the '2D mouse, click' function to button 1. It is very difficult to get a 'double click' action to take. Initially this button was set to 'press and hold', I changed it to 'press and release' but that didn't seem to make a difference
5. I uninstalled and re-installed the extension with no changes to behavior
6. On re-install I did get a 3Dconnexion NL Server certificate error, I needed to close the browser and re-try
7. The extension is enabled in device extensions

Any feedback is welcomed.

I deleted everything and returned the unit. I tried to reply with more explanation, but a submit barked that I neede to login in again and all was lost, frustrating. Too many captchas.

Ring and screen light like everything is ok

Last version of driver from your site

Before I turn on SketchUp 2026, when clicking on Trainer, nothing happen. Won’t open Trainer .

When open SU 2026 working on weird way… when rotating button left and right only working zoom like regular mouse.

Switched again to SU 2025, same result.

Tried older driver from your site. Same result.

looking forward to your help.

My Macbook Pro is 2019 Intel i7 Sequoia 15.7.1

Did you fix this? I am having space pilot pro issues too. Technically it's obsolete now. 2009>2016 ( support ended in 2022 )
