Keyboard fix

Post by logma »

Hi,

some of my keyboard keys stopped working or became unresponsive. It lost warranty cover in September (a month ago...).

Since 3D connexion offers no support whatsoever post warranty (so much for re-use, waste minimization policies) before I send this to the recycle bin, are there any documents or videos explaining how to access the internals and troubleshoot?

Tx.

Invest on a new one if your time is expensive. The product is designed with planned obsolescence at the product definition stage to create constant cash flow through the sales of the hardware.

I agree with the last answer. It's better to invest in a new product and not waste time.

You're right, it's 'invest in', not 'invest on'. 'On' is only used in 'invest on behalf of'.

I'm sorry, English is not my native language.
