Driver causing Photoshop to hang on launch

I'm having a problem with driver (3DxWareMac_v10-8-10_r3884) causing Photoshop to hang and become unresponsive at launch.

I know it's this driver causing the problem as the only fix which works - allowing photoshop to launch - is uninstalling it.

Just wonder if there's any chance of a fix please?

Which version of the Photoshop do you use?

W can't reproduce this problem.
What macOS do you use?
I would suggest to reinstalling the 3DxWare driver and try again.

I'm running a Mac Pro M2 Ultra, Tahoe 26.0.1

I've tried installing/uninstalling several times and not having any luck with that.

I'm having to install the driver, do the Fusion 360 work, uninstall and then continue with the photoshop work I need to do.

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop a couple of times and ditched the photoshop preferences.

I've also run both onyx and OSXCocktail maintenance apps - to see if that made a difference.

When launching Photoshop - with the driver installed, it gets to 'loading preferences', then hangs - if I call up the 'force quit' function I can see photoshop becoming unresponsive. I've then tested to see if the issue resolves itself - by just waiting, but after 10minutes it's still not launched.

Just a follow-up to this issue.

Having installed the new '2026' version of Photoshop, the problem seemed solved. Photoshop opens fine with the 3DConnexion driver installed.
