The SpaceMouse Compact only works for zooming in apps, but functions fully in the 3Dconnexion Viewer

Having problems with the SpaceMouse Compact. We use the SpaceMouse Compact for a while. A few weeks ago I updated my HP pc to Windows 11. The SpaceMouse Compact was working fine after the update. But since a few days I can only Zoom In and Out in our CAD program and in Chrome and Edge. But in the 3dconnexion Viewer everything still works fine. We have installed 3DxWare 10 for Windows Version 10.9.8 but also tried the 10.9.6 version. We did a clean install, but we get the same result. We also tried the SpaceMouse Compact on a new Windows 11 HP PC. We have the latest Windows 11 25H2 version. Also the same result. I hope someone can help me.

Which CAD program is it?

I got this problem too ,it just work on Zoom in and out only when work on Sketchup 2025 , but It work every direction in 3d connection program > trainer
