CAD-Mouse Compact Wireless radio problem

I have a new CadMouse. She works perfectly via USB Cable. But he doesnt work with the RF Receiver or via BlueTooth.

Vie RF / BT he "hops", he doesnt move smooth, sometimes it feels like a input lag of 1-2 seconds but most of the time it hops bad accros the picture and recognize only 5% of the movement. I have tried it on 3 different workstations (Win11 25H2) - same issue on every machine.

How can i solve it?
