I've already submitted a support ticket but I'm hoping someone here might have run into this before and can help me get back to work faster.
This literally started out of nowhere about an hour ago. My SpaceMouse Enterprise is causing my view to drift and move completely on its own in every 3D app I use. I'm not touching the mouse, keyboard, or SpaceMouse - it just floats around by itself. Sometimes it moves for a second, stops, then starts up again a couple seconds later. Sometimes it's more constant. Totally unpredictable.
What I've tried so far:
- Uninstalled 3DConnexion software completely
Restarted computer
Reinstalled 3DConnexion software
Tested in Chrome, Chromium, and Firefox (same issue in all)
Tested in Onshape and Bambu Lab Studio (happens in both)
Calibrated the device multiple times through Advanced Settings (no change)
- Windows 10 Pro (Build 19045)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (Driver 32.0.15.8129)
SpaceMouse Enterprise
3DxWare 10.9.8.715, 3DxWinCore 17.9.8.21878
Bambu Studio 02.03.00.70
