I placed my order number 3DOUS125477 on 1/12/26 and received an estimated delivery date of 1/15 to 1/20. It is now 1/22 and I have not even received a shipping confirmation. I sent a message through the "contact us" page on the website on 1/19 and still have not received a response. I also called the customer service number on the website and got a recorded message saying employees were out of the office due to COVID-19.
Is there anyone who can tell me when my order will be shipped?
I am excited for my spacemouse but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’m dealing with the same nightmare too. I ordered on January 9th, now it’s the 23rd with no response from them, shipment still processing. I’ve tried calling them, Multiple different times on all extension, calling Trish, I’ve texted her and I’ve left messages, its been a week with no response. I then tried to call their technical support line and it just hangs up on you just like you said I asked me to input one or zero and outcome is always the same(you get hung up on). I’m really regretting ordering from this company. This is completely unacceptable from a company! My order number is 3D0US125324. I wanted to get the student discount, but I would rather payed more and ordered it from Amazon. I would’ve had it over a weeks ago.

Well don't feel bad. I ordered mine on 11/24/2025 and they said 3 to 4 days shipping. Same as you two I have called and called and they think they are still living in the days of Covid as it says so on their voice message. I have left messages and no call back. This is the fourth space mouse I have owned and now I just want to cancel my order but no way to contact them. I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a company who up to now was highly regarded in the CAD world. If anyone out their from 3Dconnexion is reviewing these posts then please cancel order #3DOUS121731

Same situation here. Ordered on 11/29/2025 and the order just still says 'Processing'. They've charged me for the item, but no update. I've left voicemails for their 'customer support' but received no return call. No way to cancel the order and get a refund either.

I've actually been trying to return a Spacemouse Wireless Bluetooth that I ordered in December. I didn't realize they had quietly removed the soft touch (grip) coating, so it's just a hard shell (ABS?) now. If anyone wants to buy it, I'm in the LA area, or could ship it. I never used it because I have the older model with the coating. I just wanted the USB-C connection. If anyone's interested, shoot me a DM.

Have any of you received a shipping notice? I ordered an enterprise on 01/19/2026 and there's no movement on my order status page. I've been trying to send them a message but the only place I found states:

I am yet another person who went into this thinking that you order something you pay for it and it gets delivered within a couple weeks. Imagine my surprise when I heard that Covid was still happening and then I would never get my space mouse.
